The Jumbo FFT
5000 Fire Fighting Tank is used for fire containment in
remote areas. This vehicle – developed by a well known
European defense contractor – is designed with extensive
off-road and land-clearing capabilities and consists of
a 5000 gallon foam delivery system mounted on the reliable
Leopard 1 tank chassis. The integrated nuclear, biological
and chemical (NBC) protective system protects the crew under

In order to adapt the vehicles precisely to their areas of application FFG has taken care to use only high-quality hydraulic, transmission, electric and electronic components. Due to the modular design, the MINEBREAKER 2000/2 can be fitted to a wide range of other prime movers such as Leopard 2, M1, M60, T55 and T72. Within a couple of hours the demining addition can be disassembledf from the prime mover so that the total length and width of the vehicle are considerably reduced.
